The CSR (Customer Service Representative) responds to inquiries regarding our bus services, trip planning, and route/schedule changes, and investigates, resolves, documents, and responds promptly to basic customer complaints, providing positive feedback in accordance with company policies and procedures. This is a FULL-TIME position located near Gwinnett Place Mall. Expected hours are approx. 40/weekly on Monday through Saturday as scheduled. Could be early morning, mid-day, or evening hours, or a combination of these. Requires ability to cover other shifts, as needed.
Education, Licensing, and Certifications:High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required.Experience Preferred:Up to 2 years of customer service or basic office experience preferredSkills and Knowledge Required:Pleasant telephone voice/mannerStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong listening skillsAbility to remain courteous with difficult or angry customers.Basic computer knowledge/PC experienceBilingual a plus but not required.Travel requirement
