CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Summary

JOB SUMMARY: Interacts with customers to provide and process information in response to concerns, requests, and inquiries about services and products. Determines best method to resolve issues to exceed customer satisfaction and adherence to entities's policies and procedures. Utilizes technical and customer service skills to triage and dispatch incoming calls from customers, assesses needs, gives appropriate technical options and facilitates referral to specialists. Educates the caller if/when appropriate.   REQUIREMENTS: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. 1-3 years of experience.
