Job Description A client of Insight Global in Tampa, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their hybrid team (Monday and Fridays remote, Tuesday through Thursday onsite). In this role, you will be working with the Ecommerce Manager & Ecommerce Specialist to handle any email feedback/questions/concerns about purchased merchandise during the 2024 holiday season.
