Customer Service Representative
Job Description · Answers phones and responds to users questions and requests · Gathers information and enters users demographic information from all relevant sources and completes assessments to schedule delivery of users orders · Establishes and maintains users profiles, evaluating all information to ensure it is up to date · Make outbound phone calls to prospective or existing users regarding updated information needed · Performs other duties as assigned.
