Job Description:

Exciting news! AriensCo is on the lookout for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brillion, WI! THE DAY TO DAY...

Order processing for customers as it relates to the parts business:  US & Canadian Dealers, National Accounts, State & Government Agencies

Complete external and internal order processing, RMA’s, product registration support, and dealer locator support

Successful communication in support of the customer with the internal teams of TAC, DC staff and sourcing

Successfully apply field promotions ensuring pricing and terms are executed correctly

Communicate process and system issues related to order processing to leadership  

Will have knowledge of credit card order processing and all processes related to these transactions

Actively attend and participate in required training

Stay current with system and product information, changes, and updates

Identify and implement process improvements for workflows they oversee 

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

Completion of a high school diploma/general education degree (GED) required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service

Experience answering high-volume calls preferred
