We are on the lookout for a team-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Sales Support Team to build and strengthen customer relationships, providing best-in-class service at every interaction. A successful Customer Service Representative at Four Hands excels in delivering exceptional service with a pleasant and friendly approach, communicates clearly and effectively, and pays close attention to detail. This role is all about elevating the customer experience and focusing on building long-term relationships that reflect our commitment to excellence.
In This Role\nProvide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries related to products, order status, and order processing while resolving service-related issues\nUtilize internal CRM and ERP systems to log customer interactions, track order details, and monitor service progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information\nBuild trust and rapport with customers by delivering proactive and tailored support, staying informed about Four Hands products and services, and fostering long-term relationships\nCollaborate with internal teams including Sales Operations, Logistics, Marketing, and Supply Chain to coordinate customer needs and deliver seamless solutions\nContribute to continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, providing feedback and supporting initiatives to enhance the customer service experience\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team\nOther duties as assigned by Management\n
The Ideal Person\n2+ years of customer service experience \nBachelor's Degree preferred\nCRM experience preferred\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel\nAbility to multitask effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment\nExhibit a friendly and helpful manner and be able to work well with others in a team environment\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nStrong decision-making abilities and the ability to work independently\nA proactive, engaged listener, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences\n
