Customer Service Representative

Looking for your next big career move? We're looking for a dedicated and results-oriented **Customer Service Representative** to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ! This role offers competitive compensation ( **$21/hour** ) with the potential to convert to a permanent position after the 12-month contract period is completed.
In this position, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to clients and branch office partners. You'll be the first point of contact for inquiries about banking, brokerage accounts, credit/debit cards, and small business accounts.
**Work Schedule:** Multiple shift times are available, speak to the recruiter for more details. Training Shift will be Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM for the first 5-7 weeks

**Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ 1-2+ years of high-volume call center experience.
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
+ A passion for customer service and a positive attitude.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
+ The ability to navigate multiple systems and think critically.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to clients and internal partners.
+ Deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently resolving inquiries and issues.
+ Adhere to bank policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
+ Utilize multiple systems to research and resolve account issues.
+ Demonstrate a strong commitment to improving the customer experience.
**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
