Role Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for all phases of order fulfillment from receipt of order until delivery of all proprietary products to the customer.

The incumbent receives direction from the Team Leader. The incumbent will live the corporate values of treating people with dignity and respect, practicing leadership, driving continuous improvement, acting with a sense of urgency, promoting innovation, fighting for consensus, and managing through teams. 


Specific Responsibilities:

Act as liaison for customer and sales reps to Sales and other areas.Perform all activities of order receipt, entry, allocation or product and routing goods as necessary to achieve on time delivery.React promptly to coordinate, communicate, and implement customer driven requirements.Acquire and provide knowledgeable product data for reps and customers.Proactively communicate order status updates to reps and customers.Proactively keep the customer informed as to the status of their order.Provide cross support within the department to ensure full time availability for quality service and responsiveness.Interpret customer programs and pricing schemes for system set-up.Actively engage in efforts to improve methods to benefit the customer and the effective operation of the department.Provide courteous and professional response for consumer sourced communication and concerns.Interact as needed regarding quality issues and projects and collaborate with Bemis personnel, sales reps, and customers.
