Customer Service Representative

Responding promptly to customer calls and inquiries via phone or e-mail.Place orders in the system, mainly import orders both ocean and air shipping mode, including returns and export when required following business procedures, guidelines and policies.Monitor shipment status, ensure shipping document accuracy before providing to customers.Handle customer’s complaint timely in SalesForce, work with relevant parties such as investigator, Sales Manager and follow up to ensure resolution.Deliver Internal Customer Service Function works with full compliance.Work collaboratively with Sales Account Manager and functional support (Product stewardship, Supply Chain team, Shipping country customer service) for a smooth operation.Provide necessary support to Sales team when required such as, sales report, AR Collection.Participate in the business meeting when required.
