InsureMyTrip is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Customer Care Department. As the primary contact, the Customer Service Representative, helps customers by educating and navigating them through the many travel insurance plans offered by IMT. 

•    $21/Hour starting salary

The Adventure Ahead:
•    Provides sales and service to customers calling in (No cold calling)
•    Determines the customer’s needs and recommends the appropriate plans available by asking questions and conversing with customers 
•    Processes changes to existing policies
•    Remains knowledgeable on updated products, services, and procedures

Skills and Experience Needed:
•    High School degree/GED
•    Two years of Customer Service experience
•    Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty Producer’s license in state of residence within 6 weeks of hire (company paid)
•    Dependable and able to work evenings and Saturdays
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with a diverse customer base
