Logistics Coordinator
**Logistics Coordinator in Malvern, PA! (On-site)** **Position Purpose:** To perform as an assistant to both the dock Supervisors and the dock clerical staff. Writing Orders, Making Bills of Lading, Checking in Trucks, Answering Phones, Communicating with Customers, data entry, and record-keeping. This individual must be able to lead, coordinate, and prioritize Dock operation tasks directed by Supervisor. Import/Export Experience. Pay is **$20 per hour** **Major tasks, responsibilities, and key accountabilities:** + Under the direct supervision of the operations manager this position provides administrative and clerical support for the Operations Manager and the Lincoln location. + Responding to customer phone calls and emails + Scheduling inbound and out bound trucks + Maintaining bill of lading and other shipping and receiving records + Coordination and communication with dock employees regarding product + Accurately tracking product inventory + Assists with record maintenance and filing + Verify inventory is scanned in accurately – inbound and outbound on HPP + Creating picks properly with no errors + Getting the week closed on Monday + Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards + Excellent attendance and punctuality for an hourly role + Handle any minor tasks related to the duties of the position **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
