Customer Service Representative to $26/hour!
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and growing company! In this position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to external dealers and internal departments, managing all assigned projects and orders, resolving problems by listening to customers, understanding sales, purchasing, manufacturing and computer systems, and assuming additional responsibilities as requested. Specific responsibilities include acting as a liaison to customer requests, tracking and troubleshooting orders from inception through completion, serving as primary customer contact for questions and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate for this position has two or more years of work experience of similar duties described, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, and demonstrates a high level of integrity and business ethics.
