Customer Service Representative 

A highly successful Missoula HVAC company of 35 years is looking for a career-minded Customer Service Representative to join their team. This locally owned and operated family business is committed to outstanding customer service and offers an excellent opportunity to join a great group of HVAC professionals. 

Essential Job Duties: 

Answer and direct incoming calls providing excellent customer service.  Schedule Service and Maintenance appointments.  Check for voicemails from customers.  Check email - Bookable calls (online submissions / direct messages from customers or vendors) Process Vendor Bills, Returns, Customer Invoices, and payments.  Check mail, scan, and file documents promptly.  Manage Customer Collections.  Maintain vehicle maintenance log.

Qualifications: Experience in the HVAC industry or mechanical knowledge/construction is helpful but not required.  Maintain a friendly phone demeanor even when dealing with upset customers.  Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook Calendars.) Be quick-thinking and organized. Professional communication and time management skills.
