Ecolab is looking for a customer service representative to provide critical support to our customers during the sales process. As the Customer Service Representative, you will function as the liaison between our supply chain, sales and purchasing teams to answer customer questions and concerns while providing real-time assistance quickly and efficiently.
What you will do:
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating within our service levels to internal and external customers, by email and phone.Responsible for managing orders through the entire life cycle (order entry to invoice).Collaborate with key members of Sales, supply chain, finance, and regulatory/compliance to assure order fulfillment. Arrange appropriate logistics when necessary, shipping and tracking. Proactively mitigate customer service issues and escalate to the Customer Service Manager or Manager where appropriate. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment while handling high volume email communications.Be able to work collaboratively with a team and on your own.Self-motivated, proactive, problem solver.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and 2 years of robust customer service experienceExperience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work in our King of Prussia, PA office on a hybrid schedule (3 days a week).Preferred Qualifications
Excellent written, verbal and communication skillsBe self-motivated, results oriented, and proactive.Understanding of chemistry or other sciencesExperience with SAP or other ERP systems.Benefits
