Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing orders, order entry, quoting, and pricing. You will frequently communicate with customers over the phone and follow up on orders via email.
Responsibilities
+ Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
+ Handle order entry and maintain customer records.
+ Provide quotes and pricing information to customers.
+ Communicate with customers via telephone and email.
+ Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills
+ 5 years of experience in customer service.
+ Proficiency in call center operations.
+ Experience with order entry and inside sales support.
+ Strong quoting and pricing skills.
+ Proficiency in Excel, including spreadsheet management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment
This is a fully on-site position with working hours from 8am to 4:30pm.
The role involves reporting to a supervisor and interacting with a personable team of direct reports.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00
