Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat.Providing accurate information about products and services.Processing orders, returns, and exchanges.Maintaining customer records and updating account information.Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments.Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in customer service software and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.Benefits:
