Position Summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an Customer Service Representative based in Eden Prarie, MN who will be responsible for professionally responding to telephone and email inquiries solving problems and educating customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

Promptly answers, screens, and processes telephone inquiries with strict adherence to laboratory policies and procedures.Provides concise information on business mode.

Qualifications:
