Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Manufacturing industry, based in Youngstown, Ohio. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with delivering top-tier customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be to ensure a positive customer experience through responsive and compassionate service. Responsibilities: • Engage in handling calls from healthcare professionals regarding prescription drug benefits • Utilize your skills in Call Center Customer Service to resolve customer queries promptly and professionally • Ensure accurate and timely data entry to maintain customer records • Utilize your knowledge of Pharmacy claims and Pharmacy Benefit Management to provide accurate information to callers • Work effectively in a high volume call center, maintaining a high level of professionalism • Collaborate with various teams and departments for coordinated work efforts • Provide Remote Assistance as needed, demonstrating your ability to work independently • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Assist customers in a fast paced call center environment, ensuring their needs are met • Track and adhere to Call Center Metrics to maintain service quality. Requirements • Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service is mandatory. • Demonstrated ability to assist customers effectively and professionally. • Experience in a call center environment is essential. • Capability to work in a fast-paced call center is necessary. • Skilled in handling inbound call center operations. • Experience in a high volume call center is desirable. • Familiarity with call center metrics and performance standards. • Ability to provide remote assistance to customers when required. • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of pharmacy operations is a plus. • Experience with pharmacy claims processing is beneficial. • Familiarity with Pharmacy Benefit Management processes is an advantage.
