Customer Service Representative
Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in Burlington, Massachusetts, for a committed Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for handling inbound calls, maintaining customer records, and ensuring efficient data entry. This position is based in an office setting and forms a vital part of our customer service team. Responsibilities: • Field inbound calls from customers and technicians, providing necessary assistance and information • Ensure accurate and timely data entry • Maintain customer service records with up-to-date information • Create job carts using specific software tools • Manage scheduling of appointments based on customer requirements • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly • Manage email correspondence with customers effectively • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various administrative tasks • Oversee order entry processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service operations.
