In this role, you will primarily be responsible for handling inbound calls, maintaining customer records, and ensuring efficient data entry. This position is based in an office setting and forms a vital part of our customer service team. Responsibilities: • Field inbound calls from customers and technicians, providing necessary assistance and information • Ensure accurate and timely data entry • Maintain customer service records with up-to-date information • Create job carts using specific software tools • Manage scheduling of appointments based on customer requirements • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly • Manage email correspondence with customers effectively • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various administrative tasks • Oversee order entry processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service operations.
