Customer Service Representative
Description We are offering a contract for a skilled Customer Service Representative in Irvine, California. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily involved in supporting the customer service department, handling customer concerns, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications • Ensure accurate maintenance of customer credit records • Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner • Provide reliable support to the customer service department • Utilize your call center customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant role. • Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service is necessary for this role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. • Ability to handle difficult customer interactions is expected. • Knowledge of customer service software and databases is a plus. • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment is preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. • High school diploma or equivalent education level is required. • Ability to work in a team and contribute to team goals. • Flexibility to work in shifts, as customer service is often provided round the clock. • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. • Additional language skills are a bonus. • Time management skills and ability to handle pressure are crucial. • High level of patience and ability to maintain a positive demeanor during customer interactions. • Must be comfortable with using computers and learning new technologies.
