Description We are providing a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing industry, located in Youngstown, Ohio. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and maintaining customer records remotely. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle inbound calls from customers, providing consistent and compassionate customer service • Resolve customer inquiries related to prescription drug benefits • Maintain a high level of professionalism during customer interactions • Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in the company's data management system • Coordinate work efforts with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience • Utilize the provided remote assistance tools and equipment effectively • Process and manage high-volume customer interactions in a fast-paced call center environment • Adhere to call center metrics to ensure quality and efficiency in customer service • Use your knowledge of pharmacy claims and pharmacy benefit management to provide accurate information to customers • Assist customers with their inquiries, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
