Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia. The role primarily involves interacting with customers regarding housing waitlist enquiries and undertaking various administrative duties. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Manage interactions with customers on the housing waitlist or those intending to apply • Collect and organize physical documents as required • Update the company database regularly to ensure current and accurate information • Perform scanning and filing tasks to maintain the organization of documents • Address customer inquiries and offer solutions where necessary • Execute clerical and administrative duties to support the smooth running of operations • Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and other tasks • Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to manage large call volumes. • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions. • Experience in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and generate reports. • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, including the ability to create documents, edit, and format text.
