Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Newburgh, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing data entry, handling administrative tasks, and managing reception duties. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information, orders, and other relevant data into our systems.Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and maintaining records.Reception Duties: Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.Order Processing: Process customer orders, track shipments, and handle returns or exchanges.Communication: Liaise with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.Documentation: Maintain and organize customer records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or administration is a plus.Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00
