Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to take responsibility over the North-Eastern European countries (Poland, Slovakia, and Czech Republic). This position is based in our Sales office in Katowice (PL).

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

You are the point of contact for external customers and internal departments, delivering exceptionally fast and reliable communication and order follow-up. You will answer all incoming calls, place orders in the ERP system (SAP), prepare quotations, plan shipments, and handle complaints flawlessly. You will advise our customers on the product range and open orders via telephone and e-mail. Provide administrative support to our ambitious sales force in North-Eastern Europe. Offer first-line technical support. Undertake any other responsibilities or tasks that are within your skills and abilities, such as back-up for the RIDGID Customer Service in North East Europe.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Proven experience in a commercial, customer-focused, and international Customer Service team. Accurate, strong organizing skills and good computer skills. Native Polish speaker with excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

A technical interest would be an advantage but is not required. Knowledge of any ERP and/or CRM system. Conversational knowledge of German (spoken and written) is preferred, and knowledge of any other languages is an advantage.
