Customer Service Representative
Adecco Staffing is hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Shirley! This is a 3-5 month TEMPORARY role. **Hours:** 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday **Pay:** $18.00/hr **Summary:** The Customer Service Representative addresses all customer inquiries under the direction of the Office Supervisor, including all clerical duties needed in the office. **Responsibilities:** + Provide a variety of customer support services through the mail, telephone, and direct personal contact. + Process orders and assignments. + Enter data into computer system. + Reference pricing and delivery information. + Perform word processing assignments, filing and related clerical duties. + Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests. + Set up new records and maintain existing records. + Perform word processing assignments, filing and related clerical duties. **Requirements:** + 18 years of age or older Job Requirements: + Able to communicate effectively with customers + Ability to function well as part of a team Basic computer skills Time management skills Positive attitude **INTERESTED?
