**Job Description**
We are excited to be looking for our next Customer Service Representative. If you are customer centered and excel in delivering great service, then this could be the next exciting step in your career.
The Customer Service Representative will communicate professionally with customers. Sees orders through to completion and provides exceptional service to our customers. Manage the order entry and customer expectations by relaying timely, relevant information to our customers.
**Essential Job Responsibilities:**
+ Respond to customer inquiries by answering inbound calls, emails and tickets from the online help desk system.
+ Accurately process customer orders and issue credits. Enter special customer requirements as specified on orders.
+ Verify order, pricing, and delivery expectations.
+ Follow the progress of orders and communicate with customers as needed.
+ Coordinate with internal company departments and sales organization when necessary.
+ Analyze individual solutions and take appropriate action to ensure customer needs are met.
+ Develop proficiency with a customer database to manage customer files, process and invoice orders and respond to customer inquiries.
+ Exceeds customer expectations by delivering exceptional customer service.
+ Any other duties assigned in support of the customer service function.
**Experience and Skills Required:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ 2+ years of customer service experience, manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
+ Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Zendesk (or similar helpdesk tool), ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to multitask.
+ Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
+ Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
+ Experience with export orders/shipping is preferred, but not essential.
**Compensation Information:**
Total base pay range $ 24.00 lowest and 31.00 highest
