Customer Service Representative
US Tech Solutions
**Duration: 06 months contract**
**Job Description:**
+ Respond and triage payroll mail, email, and phone inquiries
+ Support internal and external customer service
+ Review weekly time and attendance records
+ Enter timecard adjustments
+ Facilitate garnishment process with vendor
+ Enter and upload payroll data for processing
+ Review payroll data for accuracy
+ Create/Maintain documentation of relevant processes
**Experience:**
+ Payroll experience a plus (Desired)
+ Customer service
+ Data entry
+ Pay-roll support
+ Typing
**Education:**
+ 4-year bachelor’s degree Preferred
**Skills:**
