Customer Service Representative

Adecco is looking for experienced Customer Service Representative who will have direct contact with clients. Must have excellent computer skills, verbal, and written communication skills. Please read below and if you qualify and are interested, please let me know.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, possible overtime when needed.
Pay Range:
Between $18.00 to $20.00 an hour
Required Skills:
+ Attention to detail within a fast-paced company.
+ Problem-solving skills to diagnose problems and recommend effective solutions.
+ Multitasking
+ Organizational skills to work on multiple systems at a time.
+ Active listening and communication skills to handle customers who may be upset or other labs who maybe need assistance.
+ Time-management skills to respond to customer emails, capability emails from other internal labs, calls, and Teams messages.
+ Teamwork skills to collaborate with representatives and coworkers in other departments to exceed customer expectations of their calibration experience.
+ Willing to cross train in departments. (Receiving/Shipping).
+ Ability to remain upright and stationary for long periods during a shift and customer records management in systems, knowledge Excel database, email and chat software programs.
Keys for Placement:
+ Must have excellent customer service skills.
+ Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications with an emphasis on Excel required.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
