Customer Service Representative

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) at American Leak Detection may work out of our office or remotely. A CSR is responsible for answering customer questions as well as efficiently scheduling the customer's appointments and dispatching and routing our technicians for their daily jobs. We serve residential, commercial and municipal customers throughout Snoqualmie, Washington.

Core Responsibilities:

Answering the phonesExplaining our services to potential clientsManage the customer experienceScheduling of AppointmentsDispatch, Routing, and Scheduling of jobs for our ALD technicians

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and telephone skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in the plumbing, restoration, or construction industries is a plus, as is Salesforce experience
