Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve customer questions, problems, or grievances in a timely manner.Check general sales email box, process, or distribute as needed. Process quotations and enter sales orders in SAP that are received via fax and email, verify stock availability and available ship datesCommunicate daily with management team, customers, and outside sales team on delivery dates for new sales orders, potential shortages or stock needed.Complete and file Advance Shipping Notices for required customers, including preparing and sending of invoices.

Qualifications:

3+ year of customer service experienceProficient in Microsoft SuiteDetail orientedExperience with SAP or order entry inventory management software
