A Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing multiple Customer Service Team email boxes, including moving emails to the appropriate location. They will maintain Customer Service policies, procedures, and daily, monthly parts revenue charts. Also, this person will coordinate / communicate with the Sourcing, Engineering, Production Control, MFG Analysts, Service and Sales teams to promote accurate and timely order processing. This position is located at the ITW Hartness facility in Greenville, SC. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Process Quotes, Orders, Return Merchandise Authorizations, No Charge orders, and various Rebuild items + Coordinate / Communicate with Sourcing, Engineering, Production Control, MFG Analysts, Service and Sales teams to promote accurate and timely order processing for customers. + Assist ALL customer via email or phone + Maintain daily and monthly revenue charts + Maintain Customer Service policies and procedures + Maintain All Customer Service Email boxes (Move quotes, tag emails, etc.) + Shipping / Schedule B / Commodity Code **Qualifications** + Associates degree or 3 to 5 years’ experience in related field using ERP software + Proficient in Microsoft Office + Word, Excel, and Power Point + Experience in Quote and Order processing + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment + Strong sense of time organization and urgency + Ability to work overtime as needed + Ability to work independently and within a team environment + Knowledge of the functions of E-Commerce **Physical Demands:** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
