National Campaigns Unit - Shareholder Communications Specialist Overview: The National Campaigns Unit is responsible for providing shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients, such as Computershare and Georgeson. This role involves managing inbound and outbound communications, as well as email responses, particularly in the context of contested proxy meetings. The primary objective is to convey to shareholders that the information they have received from the opposing side is inaccurate and to guide them on how to vote moving forward. Key Responsibilities: + Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and email responses. + Communicate effectively with shareholders, ensuring they understand that management has their best interests in mind. + Provide accurate information and guidance on voting procedures. + Address and correct any misinformation received from opposing parties. Required Skills: + Strong customer service skills. + Proficiency in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications. + Excellent phone communication skills, both inbound and outbound. + Ability to read and correct grammar in English. Qualifications: + High School Diploma or GED required. + Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field. + Clear and professional speaking voice. + Ability to read and correct grammar in English. Equipment Requirements: + Windows (10 or 11) operating system (Lenox, Chrome, MAC, etc. are not acceptable). + USB headsets (wireless headsets are not acceptable). + Dual monitors are beneficial but not required. + Ability to actively participate in meetings, including coming off mute when called upon, having materials open and on the current example being shared, and participating in chat tasks when requested. + Internet speed of at least 50 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
