Customer Service Representative

Our client, a premier apparel manufacturer and screen printer is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Santa Ana, CA. This role involves managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients, vendors, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and maintain customer accounts.Process and track customer orders, addressing rush and escalated requests.Ensure order accuracy, including matching samples to orders.Manage sales order entry, invoicing, and vendor communications.Coordinate timely delivery of materials to warehouse and production teams.Maintain updated records for pricing, finishing sheets, and customer requirements.Handle customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.Perform accurate data entry using Full Circle software.

Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Self-motivated with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.Detail-oriented and skilled in problem-solving.Proficiency in sales order systems and invoicing processes.Familiarity with Full Circle software is a plus.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
