Customer Service Representative
Our client, a leading premier generic pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, great follow-up abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Customer Service Representative **Location:** Farmingdale, NY **Pay Range:** $22.00-$24.00 **What's the Job?** + Handle incoming phone calls, fax requests, and miscellaneous email requests for quotes and/or sales orders. + Process customer sales orders efficiently and accurately. + Scan documents related to existing orders and maintain organized records. + Keep customers informed of delivery dates, especially if revised from the initial schedule. + Assist the sales team with special projects, bids, reporting, and additional tasks as needed. **What's Needed?** + 1-2+ years of customer service experience preferred. + Knowledge and experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. + Great follow-up skills and a detail-oriented approach. + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; working knowledge of Microsoft Navision is a plus. **What's in it for me?** + Paid vacation and personal sick days. + Medical, dental, and vision insurance. + Free life insurance. + 401k plan for your future savings. + Immediate hire opportunity for local candidates.
