How you will make contributions that matter:

We are looking is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Excellence Coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team on a 12month fixed term contract. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customer orders, building and maintaining strong relationships with designated customers. We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude who likes to be part of a busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

Provide dedicated customer service for Foodservice orders and queries.Develop relationships with Account Managers & Sales Network.Resolve issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.Build trust through open communication.Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.Manage customer queries within 24 hours.Willingness to assist other team members as required

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

Previous Customer Service and Export/Documentation experienceSAP Experience will be highly regardedCustomer Relationship Management with strong attention to detail.MS office suiteExcellent written & verbal communication skills.
