Customer Service Representative

Description
The Customer Service Representatives will be taking inbound calls in regards to customer orders, asking for updates, and troubleshooting issues over the phone. They will also be doing follow ups with customers with outbound calls and emails. They also will be assisting the sales team with processing contracts and invoices and different projects. Typical call volume is 40-50 calls per day.

Must: 1+ year of customer service - open to retail or restaurant Proficient on Microsoft Suite -- especially Outlook but will train on Excel if necessary 45 WPM Critical thinking skills Nice: Any type of office experience Experience working with CRM systems Experience handling tough calls

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
