Hiring for a Customer Service Representative!
**Job Duties:**
This position involves coordinating the scheduling of our technicians, as well as performing various administrative tasks.
Scheduling dispatches to our technicians.
Coordinating with customers to schedule appointments.
Performing data entry and other administrative tasks.
Handling incoming calls in a friendly manner and routing to appropriate person or taking messages.
Must be very comfortable with computers.
Providing excellent customer service.
Not much walk in traffic primarily handling phone calls.
Service Titan software experience is not required but would be a big plus.
**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
