Customer Service Representative
Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bell, California. This role is part of our thriving customer service department, where you will be the main point of contact for our customers' inquiries. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity where you'll be expected to manage customer accounts, process applications, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure their concerns are addressed effectively. • Utilize CRM platforms like Salesforce, ZenDesk, and Hub Spot to manage customer interactions. • Accurately process customer orders and applications in a timely manner. • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy at all times. • Handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service. • Schedule appointments as needed, ensuring smooth operations. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to document and track customer interactions. • Perform data entry tasks as required, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. • Manage email correspondence, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls effectively. • Experience in a call center customer service setting. • Demonstrated ability to provide top-tier customer service. • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Experience with order entry, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. • Capability to schedule appointments efficiently, balancing customer needs and business operations.
