Description We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for a long-term contract in Somerset, NJ. You will be the main contact for customers, handling their requests professionally and efficiently. Your duties include managing orders, communicating with teams and customers, and updating our systems to ensure customer satisfaction. + Accurately process and track customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment. + Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve inquiries and maintain positive relationships. + Monitor order progress, inventory levels, and delivery timelines. + Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or other channels with professionalism. + Keep customer records updated and accurately input data into relevant systems. + Assist in team initiatives, suggest process improvements, and help streamline operations for greater efficiency.
