This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Falls Church, Virginia region and is a short-term temporary employment opportunity. e
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Process customer credit applications with precision.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions.
• Follow up with customers regarding past due payments through phone calls and emails.
• Send reminders to customers about delinquent payments via email, voicemail, and mail.
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts.
• Collaborate with the mortgage division, applying prior collections or banking experience as needed.
• Handle multiple phone calls in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Utilize Office suite effectively and demonstrate a willingness to learn new processes and systems.
Requirements
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
- No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- 4+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment desired
- Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- 4+ years of customer service/ office experience
This is a blended role, Customer service/data entry and administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
