Customer Service Representative
Description Must be bilingual Spanish! We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity in the non-profit industry for a Customer Service Representative, based in Redwood City, California. This role is entirely remote, requiring the use of personal computing equipment and specific applications. The primary goal is to support an upcoming event by reaching out to clients and managing their inquiries. There will be about 500 calls (many in the Spanish language) and you will be updating a Google Sheet. The assignment has a duration of 12 days and the hours per week will range from 25 to 40 hours per week depending on volume of data. Do not miss out, apply today! Responsibilities: • Engage with clients through outbound calls, using a provided script to confirm their appointments and express gratitude for their participation. • Update and maintain client response information within Google Sheets. • Provide responses to client inquiries, referring complex or tax-related questions to the appropriate tax preparer. • Utilize the RingCentral app for communication and coordination needs. • Adapt to flexible work hours, which may include shifts from 12pm to 7pm. • Support the event and address client questions during March 6th - 7th. • Use bilingual skills in English and Spanish to communicate with a diverse client base. • Draw on previous office experience to comfortably discuss questions related to the tax season. • Leverage experience with Google Sheets for data management and tracking.
