Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Washington, District of Columbia. The role primarily involves interacting with customers who are on the housing waitlist or intending to apply. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Interact with customers to provide information regarding the housing waitlist • Collect and manage physical documents as part of the job's clerical duties • Utilize your data entry skills to update the company database efficiently • Employ Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for administrative tasks • Manage the scanning and filing of important documents • Handle inbound calls, providing excellent customer service at all times. Requirements • Proficient in handling inbound calls and promptly addressing customer inquiries • Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction • Ability to perform accurate data entry tasks with a keen eye for detail • Skilled in using Microsoft Excel for organizing and analyzing data, creating spreadsheets, graphs, and charts • Proficient in Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting detail-oriented documents and correspondence.
