Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Addison, Texas, United States. The role is within the real estate industry and requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with making RSVP calls for an upcoming event, along with other customer service related tasks. Responsibilities: • Manage RSVP calls for upcoming realtor event • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer inquiries • Maintain and update customer records as necessary • Monitor customer accounts and take action as required • Undertake filing duties to maintain organized customer records. Requirements • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • Proven experience in a customer service role. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm. • Must be a team player and able to work well with others. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Proficient in filing and record keeping. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
