Our client in Shakopee, MN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll focus on delivering exceptional service to customers while utilizing your organizational skills and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
+ Efficiently handle customer concerns, orders, and questions while ensuring a positive experience.
+ Manage and maintain customer accounts, including entering and updating data into SAP systems.
+ Collaborate with internal departments (such as sales, logistics, and finance) to resolve customer issues.
+ Process customer orders and returns with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
+ Monitor and follow up on order status to ensure on-time delivery.
+ Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
+ Assist with administrative and reporting tasks related to customer service metrics.
Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
+ Strong experience with SAP or other ERP systems is required.
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
+ A high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ A team-player mentality and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
