Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage customer accounts and take necessary actions. • Process customer orders and provide high-quality customer service. • Accurately maintain customer records and data. • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner. • Handle both inbound and outbound calls to cater to customer needs. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and email correspondence. • Schedule appointments as per customer requirements. • Leverage your skills in account management to ensure customer satisfaction. • Adapt to a traditional work environment that values team players. • Learn and use the customer ERP software for various tasks.
