Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the test equipment solutions industry located in Fort Mill, South Carolina, for the role of a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing support to our customers, resolving inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records. Responsibilities • Efficiently and accurately process sales orders, invoices, quotes, returns, and vendor setup within the ERP or CRM system • Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email in a timely and detail oriented way • Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and resolve customer issues • Maintain a positive and supportive team environment • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments • Create and maintain accurate customer data and interactions within the CRM system • Proactively identify and anticipate customer needs, offering solutions, and building rapport. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, handling customer queries effectively and promptly. • Prior experience in a call center customer service role. • Demonstrated excellence in providing customer service. • Accurate and fast data entry skills. • Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly. • Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, managing time and resources. • Knowledge of SAP software, with the ability to navigate and use it effectively.
