Description Robert Half is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities: • Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer service. • Handle email correspondence with customers promptly and professionally. • Carry out data entry for order entries and maintain customer records. • Schedule appointments as necessary, managing time effectively. • Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues as they arise. • Collaborate with the team to investigate and resolve issues according to established guidelines. • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain records and perform other functions. • Keep track of customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed. Requirements • Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role. • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Empathy, patience, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences. • Ability to handle high-stress situations while maintaining professionalism.
