Customer Service Representative
Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a skilled Customer Service Representative in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. This position is based in a city in South Carolina. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be instrumental in handling customer inquiries, processing client applications, and ensuring the accuracy of customer records. This role will be performed in an office setting. Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively • Accurately process client intakes as per established procedures • Construct and update customer profiles in the system • Monitor customer accounts and initiate necessary actions • Ensure smooth inbound and outbound calls handling • Proficiently use Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and other tasks • Maintain email correspondence with customers to address their concerns or queries • Accurately perform order entries in the system • Schedule appointments for customers as required • Provide front desk coverage and support as needed Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, ensuring patient queries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately. • Prior experience in a call center customer service role, preferably within the healthcare industry. • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and provide solutions. • High-speed and accurate data entry skills to maintain patient records and process information. • Ability to manage email correspondence effectively, responding to patient inquiries in a timely manner. • Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, coordinating with various departments for patient care. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting. • Skilled in Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting. • Previous experience in order entry, ensuring all patient details and requests are accurately captured and processed. • Ability to schedule appointments effectively, coordinating with healthcare professionals and patients to ensure smooth operations.
