The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: + Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions. + Provide detailed information about products and services, as well as address customer concerns. + Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the company’s CRM system. + Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. + Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. + Process customer orders, applications, and forms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Requirements + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations empathetically. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk). + Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail. + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred. + Bilingual proficiency (preferred, but not required).
