The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
+ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
+ Provide detailed information about products and services, as well as address customer concerns.
+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the company’s CRM system.
+ Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
+ Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
+ Process customer orders, applications, and forms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations empathetically.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
+ Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
+ Bilingual proficiency (preferred, but not required).
