We are looking for a **Customer Service** **Representative** to join the team at our Hauling site in **Leesville, LA** **.** + The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. + Pay Range: $17-18/hr. depending on experience. + On top of competitive pay,we offer excellent benefits, 401k match $1 per $1, vacation, and year-round work. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes & demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems. + Assist customers by phone and in person to receiveordersfor installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service. + Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records and issues discontinuanceorders. **REQUIREMENTS:** + 2+ years ofCustomer Serviceexperience in a high call volume atmosphere + Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Email _preferred_ .Typingand 10-key skills are required + Excellentorganizationand communication skills + Ability to analyze and solve problems.
